SPECIAL COMMITTEES

Teacher Appreciation- Tera Overy

Class Parties- Chelsea Wood

  • Every grade asked for reimbursement from the party so $472 was reimbursed and that is about ⅓ of the class party budget
    • This raised the question that if we reimbursed them for the games does that mean these games are property of PTP.  There will be an email out to ask parents if they would like to bring their party supplies to school for PTP to store and we can take inventory on what items we have.
  • There was discussion about the fall party and how we want to move forward with class parties given the difficulty getting a lead parent and volunteers to help plan the day.  Should PTP front the budget and provide pre-planned parties for each class but space is limited to store these tupperwares full of party supplies.  Also to have parents sign up at Meet the Teacher night for one party as opposed to committing to all 3. Chelsea would like to survey the teachers to get their feedback.

    Winter Party- Wednesday, Dec. 20

  • 2:00 - 3:00
  • Lisa to create signup genius
